There is always a special case. Maybe you purchased the 2007 data and want to upgrade to get all years, or upgrade to the database. This is a special order
You also may just want one or two symbols. The cost for this is $4.00/per month/per symbol, minimum order is $20.00. So one year of QQQQ would be $48.00. This is a special order.

Each service we provide has a different price. Obviously the more data you purchase,
the higher the price. However, special requests which involve time to prepare by
our staff have a higher cost associated with them.
The daily download service subscription is $30 per month, and there is a discount
for a year prepaid.
Our online web pages and online web service are new to the site. The cost is based
on the number of rows of data that you download. This cost structure is subject
to change. For instance in the future, the options statistical data (iv data) will
have a higher cost basis than the raw option history. For now, each row of data
will cost one credit. On average, each week of option history has one million rows
of raw option data.
payment methods
You can pay almost anyway you want, but the two most common ways are to use PayPal
or to pay via an invoice. Using either of these methods you may user your credit
card or electronic check through the PayPal shopping cart below, or by using your
Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card and paying the invoice. The
invoice will include alternate payment instructions. Please note that paying by
electronic check will require an approximate three day delay in filling your order.
If you wish to pay using any other method such as by wire, or you require an invoice
to be sent to you first, then send an email to
support@historicaloptiondata.com and we will send you further instructions.
All monthly subscriptions need to be paid through PayPal so that they can be automatically
charged each month. You will be able to cancel your monthly subscription at any
time by going to the PayPal web site, or by sending us an email with your notice
of cancellation.
delivery methods
All data is stored on our servers. Once we have confirmed your purchase, you will
be able to immediately begin downloading your data. If you have purchased bulk data
or the historical options database, then you will may optionally also receive your
data on a flash drive via U.S. Postal Service, for a fee of $15.00 per year. If you wish to
expedite your request, then please contact
us and we will try and accomodate your request.
return policy
Once you have received your download userid and password, or the historical data
item(s) have been shipped to you, there are no refunds.
If you are subscribing to any of the monthly subscriptions such as the daily download
service, then you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial month
refunds will be given.
There are no refunds for online web service credits when the refund amount would
be less than $30.00. When using our online web service credits system, you must
utilize a minimum of $5.00 worth of services each month. If your account becomes
idle, $5.00 worth of credits will be deducted from your total each month until your
balance becomes zero.
There are no refunds if you prepay for the whole year of the daily download service
after the end of your first thirty days. If you prepay for the whole year in advance,
and cancel before the end of the first thirty day period, then you will be charged
as if you had subscribed to the monthly service for two months, and the remainder
will be refunded to you.
All data purchased by the user is for their personal use only. You may not re-distribute
or sell this data to any other person unless you have written authorization. Please
contact us if you intend to use this data for commercial usage so that you can receive
our fee structure.
